Justin was amazing! We ran into some inspection issues on the house we were buying and Justin helped us worked through these, get a great estimate and got us money to do these repairs. We used the service he got estimates from. We almost did not get this house, another purchase offer came in first and was accepted. But the deal fell apart and Justin texted us from his family skiing vacation to let us know it was back on the market, and we offered and got it!
