Justin is a best in class realtor! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Dallas market and real estate deals generally (and in particular relocation deals which was a tremendous advantage for us). He is also an excellent negotiator and was able to help us secure the best available deal for selling our property. We appreciated that he didn’t hold back in telling us how we needed to improve our property to better attract buyers (which included a consultation with his fabulous staging expert). Lastly, Justin is incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were his only client (even though we knew we were not!).
