Justin made the entire process of purchasing my first home so easy. I found a house one week before I left for an overseas trip. I had so much to think about and process, and I just wasn’t ready to make a decision so quickly. Justin reassured me that he would keep an eye on it and to enjoy my vacation. When I got back, we took another look at the house and made an offer. He walked me through the next steps and then broke everything down to manageable lists of to-dos. He went out of his way to make me feel very comfortable with each decision – big and small. He was there to help me translate what the inspectors and specialists were telling me and helped me come up with thoughtful solutions. He also made sure that I understood all the documents I had to sign and reminded me of important deadlines I had to meet.
