I have nothing but positive remarks to make about my house selling experience with Justin Croft as my realtor! From start to finish he was phenomenal and I can’t thank him enough for his guidance throughout the process and choosing to work with him is one of the best decisions I’ve made. He made a strong impression from our initial meeting with how prepared he was with details and data to review as well as his honest and transparent answers to all my questions, being entirely forthcoming even though it was only an interview at the time. After choosing to work with Justin, he made every step of the process straightforward, was always available when questions came up, helped guide us on necessary improvements, and managed the property after we had to leave the state while the house was on the market. He demonstrated an exceptional sense of the market and value for our house, making sure we were getting a favorable deal without either trying to flip it quickly for his own benefit nor wasting months on the market by trying to overprice it. I am very satisfied with the final sale price he helped secure! Also, during the closing process he was very hands on and constantly kept me informed about every detail, and especially provided fantastic guidance during early contract negotiations. I could easily have made a bad decision or two if not for his steady guidance. Also his years of prior experience on the banking side really shone through during that stretch. What I believe helps set Justin apart is his ability to pivot between data-focused methods and understanding how emotions factor in to decision making both for his client and – in our case – prospective house buyers. Its rare to be both data-driven / detail-orientated while also being highly personable and emotionally intelligent. He always tells it how it is, but only out of his clients best interests. In my experience, if you put your trust in Justin, he will reward it by doing what is best for you.
