My husband and I can’t recommend Justin Croft with Berkshire Hathaway highly enough! He was absolutely phenomenal and went so far above and beyond throughout the entire process. Hands-down the best selling experience we have ever had. A full service agent doesn’t even begin to describe our home selling experience with Justin-From printing documents for me while I was on vacation and didn’t have access to a printer, to having a new garage door opener shipped to his house so he could program it and get it set up before our final walk-through, to meeting with us every week to review showing data and feedback — the list goes on and on. He was always responsive, proactive, and supportive throughout the entire process. After our initial buyers unfortunately backed out on closing day, we pivoted agents and listed with Justin. He was able to get us relisted in under a week and got our house under contract in one month. It really reinforced for us that who you choose to list with matters.
