I was in the market to sell my home and also had some friends who were selling theirs as well. Both of us were relocating out of state for different jobs. We decided to interview a number of realtors and share impressions back with each other before we both made a decision on representation. (We both ultimately chose Justin and he sold both of our houses!) The minute I met Justin, I knew he was the right guy to sell my house. My former house is a mid century classic in Dallas that I had spent a lot of time and energy redoing the entire space. He referred to my house like being a “piece of art” and assured me that someone “would get” what I was trying to do with the space. Needless to say, when I listed with Justin, it was professional…and fast! (The listing never even made it on the MLS and the house was under contract before we even started). All the way through the process, Justin was a pro and made the headaches of moving go away. The closing went smoothly and the new homeowners are thrilled with the space. I guess everyone would say it was a Win Win situation. I have bought and sold many homes in my time, but never with someone like this! I only wish I had Justin with me now in Chicago, as I start to conquer finding a new home here. Seriously…this guy is nothing short of amazing! And what a team he has put together… everyone on his team is as much of a professional as he is!
